Guidelines regarding project cancellations and refunds.
Refunds and cancellations for HVAC installations, climate control systems, and industrial cooling projects are governed strictly by the terms outlined in the individual contract or agreement signed prior to project commencement.
Once equipment or custom ducting has been ordered or fabricated based on approved site requirements, costs associated with these materials are generally non-refundable.
For general service or consulting fees, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the work already completed.
